Here's how it works:
Annual Subscription:
For a one-time purchase of $350, reserve all 12 t-shirts+goodies PLUS an exclusive 13th shirt+goodies. This subscription will bundle every month together into one big box that will ship in May 2023.
Monthly Subscription:
Subscribe to a recurring Monthly Subscription, for $30 a month and never worry about missing a box! We’ll automatically charge your card for the next month’s box, but don’t worry it can be canceled at any time.
One-Time Purchase:
Purchase each month’s box individually for $35 per box.
Your first t-shirt will arrive at the end of the month FOLLOWING the month you started your subscription (For example: subscribe any day in June, your box ships in July)
Don’t want to subscribe monthly? Feel free to order a single month’s box with the shirt, cards, and more for $35.
You will be charged on the first of the month after the month of your initial order. (For example: If you ordered in April, your second charge will be due June 1st, then July 1st, then August 1st, etc)
You can cancel at any time by logging in to your customer account, if you’ve already been charged for the month, you will receive one last package.
Yes we do. Be aware that shipping is expensive and these shirts are custom-made in the USA. Shipping rates are based on shipping from California, USA. Taxes and duties will be due on arrival based on your location.
We use the highest quality inks and processes when producing the shirts, but as with any shirt, there is a risk of fading after multiple washes. To help avoid this, we strongly suggest that you wash the shirt INSIDE OUT and either hang-dry or set your dryer to low-heat.
Yes, if you have a subscription, you will be able to log-in to your customer account and make changes to shirt sizes and delivery address.

Whenever possible we will print on Next Level shirts, this would only change during supply chain issues.
In the rare case an item arrives damaged or broken, please contactHelpCenter@MaestroMedia.com. We request a photo of the damaged item with your submission to help speed up recovery. A damaged shipping box or packaging does not qualify for a replacement, only damaged items.

Please pay close attention to the shirt size chart. At the discretion of the Customer Support team, an exchange is possible. Issues must be reported within 15 days of receiving your shipment, and reshipment can take up to 10 weeks. Please update your shirt size in your Customer Account to prevent future sizing issues.We will only provide 1 exchange per customer per calendar year for The Unboxing of Isaac.
There is an option in your customer account that will allow you to pause your delivery for a specific month. You will have to pause your subscription every month, otherwise charges and deliveries will resume the following month. If you pause your Monthly Subscription, you will no longer be eligible for the exclusive, free 13th box.
If a card is declined, you will receive a notification asking you to update your credit card information. If the card is declined a second time, your subscription will automatically cancel. You can sign up for a new monthly subscription at any time afterward.
