The package is great the delivery process was not!

I love the contents of the package. As other people have said it was a bit smaller than expected but it was fully worth every penny if you love the game. That being said, I had to wait 2 additional months to receive my package and contacted customer support on 3 different occasions to even receive any type of update. I amd certain that if I did not contact them I would still be waiting for it to ship. That part of the experience was not satisfactory.
So in summary,
Contents of the package: Amazing!
Shipping process: Not great and needs to be worked on.

Order Still Preparing for Shipping

Poor shipping

My package was supposed to arrive by July 6, but they’ve been having “ delivery exceptions” and I have not gotten my package since, I’m really upset and I hope I get my bundle soon.

It says it delivered on Friday! Let us know if that isn't the case :)
