Also, just to let you all know that Backerkit has begun charging cards for your Binding of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem shipping and add-ons. While this is not a surprise to most of you, we have gotten some folks asking about the charge. The charge will come from either Maestro Media Ventures or Maestro Media and is for shipping/add-ons/VAT/Taxes that accrued in Backerkit. Holiday Shipping Times

For items under the Merchandise Dropdown, including art by Adi, Agnes, Mark, and Peach the last day to order for shipping before Christmas is as follows:

US, CA, EU, UK, and JP the last day to purchase for shipping/delivery by Christmas is December 5th, 2021.

Shipping to all other areas outside of the ones listed above the last day to purchase for shipping/delivery by Christmas is November 26th, 2021.

 

Due to ongoing the global supply chain and shipping challenges our current roster of games will be unavailable for holiday shipping. 

Returns/Replacements

Games and game related items that were purchased through our website within the last 30 days and still in its original shrinkwrap are eligible to be returned to Maestro Media. We reserve the right to deny the request based on the circumstances.

You are responsible for any return costs associated with returning the item to our fulfillment center, i.e. return shipping label and packaging. Please do not return a game until you have spoken with a customer service agent by email at helpcenter@maestromedia.com or by using the contact form above.

When we receive the game, we will issue a refund equal to the original payment via Shopify to the original payment.

Customized and print-on-demand items are not available for returns or refunds. All sales are final.

Kickstarter Campaign items are not available for returns or refunds once the game ships.

Items bought on eBay, Amazon, or any other third party website should be returned/replaced to the website the item was bought from.

Please exercise caution and your best judgement when buying items from reseller marketplaces.

Damaged/Missing Items

For damaged or missing pieces for items that were bought on our website please email helpcenter@maestromedia.com or use the contact form above. Damaged and missing pieces will be handled on a case by case basis. Please include your order number in your correspondence.

If your shipping box was damaged in transit, please contact us before opening your package. Pictures of the unopened, damaged shipping box will also be helpful. Please include your order number in your correspondence.
