KICKSTARTER - For estimations of when your Kickstarter pledges for Sally Face: Strange Nightmares and Hello Kitty: A Day in the Park will ship, please check the most recent Kickstarter update for that campaign.
Alternatively, check the tier you backed on the campaign page in that Kickstarter, as each tier has its own estimated shipping date.

If addresses have been locked for your campaign or you have pre-ordered on our site, you can reach out to this ticket line and provide us with your name, order number, or email. We can change the shipping address for you!
If addresses have not been locked, please login to Backerkit and you will be able to change the address yourself on the pledge page!

Please note, the first shirt you ordered and any additional shirts you've already been charged for are locked and cannot be altered further.
Otherwise, for monthly subscriptions, you can change future shirts by logging into your customer account.

Once you're logged in, click Manage Subscriptions under your name.
Again, please note this does not change your first boxes information nor does it change boxes you've already been charged for. It only changes future boxes.
If it is before 5pm EST on the last Friday of the month and it is your first order, please reach out to this ticket line for assistance in canceling/refunding your order. You will then be able to place a new order with the correct information.

For one-time and monthly subscriptions your box will ship by the end of the month of your initial order (Besides Box 1 which will ship in August after pre-orders). Future monthly subscriptions will be charged on the day in the month you purchased your box. If you purchased before the 5th, it will charge on the 5th and if you purchased after the 25th it will charge on the 25th.

Annual boxes reserve all 12 shirts and ship them all together in AUGUST 2024 as a way to dramatically reduce the cost of shipping!

Strange Boxes
For one-time purchase boxes, you must send a message using the form below before the final day of the month in which you purchased. Refunds cannot be processed after the first of the following month and your item will ship. For monthly subscribers, you can cancel at any time by logging into your customer account at https://maestromedia.com/account/login and clicking manage subscription. If you have already been charged for a shirt, that shirt will still ship. If you need to cancel your initial subscription before your first shirt ships, please fill out the form below for assistance. For annual subscriptions, you must fill out the form below before AUGUST 2024. For other issues please visit the Strange Boxes page and scroll down to the FAQ at the bottom.

For The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls Requiem Kickstarter - Packages have begun shipping and we are no longer able to process refunds.
For projects that have not begun fulfilling - We understand that situations change sometimes between the time you back and the time the items ship. If you need a refund please let us know which Kickstarter you backed and that you need a refund. Please use the form below. Refunds and cancellations can only be processed before your Address has been locked for shipping.

Customized and print-on-demand items are not available for returns or refunds. All sales are final. If there is a misalignment on your print please send a message and a picture of this misalignment using the form below

For Other Items bought from MaestroMedia.com
If the item has not yet shipped, we can process a cancellation and refund. If the item has a tracking number, we can no longer cancel the item and it will ship. You are welcome to return shipments at your expense to the return address listed on the box within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is in its original packaging, ie shrinkwrap. DO NOT SEND THE ITEMS without contacting us using the form below, letting them know that you are returning the item, otherwise, we will not know to be expecting a box or why it was returned, this will significantly delay any refunds.

Items not bought from MaestroMedia.com or a Maestro Media/Edmund McMillen/Alex Clark run Kickstarter
Please reach out to the company or individual you bought the item from. We are unable to accept returns or give refunds for these items. This includes but is not limited to eBay, Amazon, Target, and other third-party sites. Please exercise extreme caution and your best judgment when buying items from reseller marketplaces. Scammers and bootleggers do print copies of the game and/or open games to take rare cards and reseal the game in shrinkwrap.

For damaged or missing pieces for items that were bought on Maestromedia.com or on a Maestro Media/Edmund McMillen/Alex Clark run Kickstarter please contact us using the form below. Damaged and missing pieces will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please include your order number in your correspondence.

For items bought on third-party websites or stores such as eBay, Amazon, Target, your local FLGS, and others; you will need to work with their customer support team. We are unable to send replacement parts for items that are ordered on third-party websites or in stores. Please exercise extreme caution and your best judgment when buying items from reseller marketplaces. Scammers and bootleggers do print copies of the game and/or open games to take rare cards and reseal the game in shrinkwrap.

If your shipping box was damaged in transit, please take pictures before opening your package. If the contents inside are undamaged, we will not send replacements. If the item(s) inside is/are also damaged, please reach out using the contact form below. Please include your order number in your correspondence. Replacements are sent on a case by case circumstance.
