I bought the protection plan for a couple of dollars. Also, bought a different hoodie on a different website without. Well, the Binding of Issac hoodie came on time and delivered the day I was told in a email. The other hoodie I didn't pay for the extra protection is now missing in the mail. So, if u want piece of mind I recommend getting the extra protection on your packages. I highly recommend buying the protection plan.
