It was fantastic

Great game

I ordered this game after the kickstarter, and am currently waiting on the corruption spreads expansion pack. This game has been very fun and jam packed with mysteries, and as a bonus, I’ve been able to play it by myself, so I don’t have to wait for a group, which is amazing for me bc I don’t have a crew to play with. The stories all offer enough variety that playing it multiple times never gets boring. This game and the expansion pack are quickly becoming a staple in my gaming collection! I can’t wait to get my expansion pack and for the second Sally face game to arrive!

Incredibly fun game!

Great game and expansion's Kickstarter is live!

Very fun but there are some errors.

I got the deluxe version of this game as a gift for Christmas and I was very surprised with how many elements there are to it. First, I wanna start off by saying that the game itself and the art is beautifully designed. It’s packaging looks amazing! as for the cards and gameplay it can be a bit confusing to digest the first and second time playing, the video guide Steve Gabry put on youtube was very helpful to understand it better. Unfortunately I did notice that every story deck has some type of error, whether it be a typo and or cards being numbered incorrectly, I have provided some videos below showing what I mean. The last story “Temple Of Doom” doesn’t have any ability floor cards like the other decks despite the clean up card stating to put away the ability cards back in the deck when finished. I do understand misprints happen but it seems like a couple others have had the same issues I have had. On a positive note this game is great for bigger groups, 2 player or playing alone! The length of each story is about an hour to an hour and a half on your first go depending on how quick you pick up the game rules. I particularly love the fact that each stories has a different degree of difficulty to it, it really makes you think about different strategy's to beat each challenge and finale!! Overall this game is very unique from other board games i’ve played and has a great story line. Despite it’s flaws I truly recommend playing this!!

Hi Skar!

If you navigate to our Sally Face How to Play page, you can request a free patch pack that fixes those errors! The pack is usually packed in the same package as the game but it seems they missed it in your shipment.

Sally Face: Super Strange Nightmares

Very fun, have already played many times!

Sally Face

It was very high quality. Instructions were a bit hard to decipher. Online videos helped with the rules. There is definitely a typo at the end of Story 1. If you win it tells you to move on to the bad ending. So that was disappointing. Haven't played other stories yet, so not sure if that is a more widespread problem.
