Box 1 will be available in June 2023 and July 2023. Box 1 will begin to ship in mid-August and will continue to ship out throughout the month.
For monthly subscription boxes, your first box will ship in mid-August. Future boxes will ship within 7 days of your card being recharged until the end of the program after 12 months or you cancel your subscription, whichever comes first.
The annual subscription reserves all boxes past/present/future and ships them all together in September 2024.

Oh, and it includes an exclusive mega-puzzle that encapsulates all the previous puzzles! This is exclusive to those who bought all 12 boxes via the annual or monthly subscription.
Individual boxes will not be for sale after the month of their sale has concluded though certain shirts (without the cool extras) may be available at conventions or special events.

For the one-time and Annual Subscription purchases, you are charged immediately.
For the Monthly Subscription, you will be charged immediately for your first purchase and on the same day of the month as your initial purchase after the month of your initial order if you purchased between the 5th and 25th. If your purchase is before the 5th, it will recharge on the 5th. If it is after the 25th, it will recharge on the 25th.

Yes, we do. Be aware that shipping is expensive and these shirts are custom-made in the USA. Shipping rates are based on shipping from The Midwest, USA. Taxes and duties can be included in the shipping price if you choose the DDP shipping option, otherwise, they may be due upon delivery.

We use the highest quality inks and processes when producing the shirts, but as with any shirt, there is a risk of fading after multiple washes. To help avoid this, we strongly suggest that you wash the shirt INSIDE OUT and either hang dry or set your dryer to low heat.

You can cancel your MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION at any time by logging into your customer account. If you’ve already been charged for the month, including your initial purchase, you will receive one last package.
Charges happen the day of your original purchase if it is between the 5th and 25th. If it is before the 5th, it will recharge on the 5th. If it is after the 25th, it will charge on the 25th.

Click on the "Shipping addresses" Header near the top of the page.
From there you can either Add a shipping address or click on the current shipping address and Edit the shipping address.

Click on the "Payment methods" Header near the top of the page.
Click on the payment method currently used.
Click Edit payment method.
This will send you an email to update your payment method through our Shopify site.

There is an option in your customer account that will allow you to pause your delivery for a specific month. You will have to pause your subscription every month, otherwise charges and deliveries will resume the following month. If you pause your Monthly Subscription, you will no longer be eligible for the exclusive mega puzzle in box 12.

If a payment is declined, you will receive a notification asking you to update your payment information. The system will try again daily over the next 5 days. After six failed attempts, if the payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription will be automatically canceled. You can sign up for a new monthly subscription at any time afterward.

If you have a monthly subscription, please follow the instructions in the FAQs above. Please note that all shirts will need to be the same size for all 12 shirts.

Whenever possible we will print on Next Level shirts, this would only change during supply chain issues.

For domestic shipments, USPS says that "in rare circumstances, a box may show delivered that has not been delivered yet. Please wait for 48 before reaching out."

For international shipments, USPS tracking may show delivered while the package is still in transit or in customs. Please use the tracking number and your country's postal service website to continue tracking your package.
In rare cases, packages may be stuck in customs for 4-6 weeks.

In the rare case an item arrives damaged or broken, please reach out here: https://maestromedia.com/pages/contactus. We request a photo of the damaged item with your submission to help speed up recovery. A damaged shipping box or packaging does not qualify for a replacement, only damaged items.

Please pay close attention to the shirt size chart. At the discretion of the Customer Support team, an exchange is possible. Issues must be reported within 15 days of receiving your shipment, and reshipment can take up to 10 weeks. Please update your shirt size in your Customer Account to prevent future sizing issues. We will only provide 1 exchange per customer per calendar year for Sally Face: Strange Boxes.
