What is your return policy?
If you need to return or exchange an item, pleasecontact us here within30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition, it was received.

How do I return a product?
Please send any returns to: Maestro Media US Shop/3PL,11160 White Birch Dr. Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. When shipping to return a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Maestro Media is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.
Will I be refunded immediately?
Refunds are processed once a return is complete & will be processed in the order they are received. If you haven’t received a refund within 48 hours of confirmed return, please contact your Credit Card Company and/or Bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, pleasecontact us here.
Are exchanges accepted?
If you don't like theproduct you ordered, that's okay. At this moment Maestro Media does not handle exchanges. You can still return the product if it is within 30 days from delivery and place another order.
What if I receive the wrong product or a damaged product?
If anything is incorrect or wrong with your order, pleasecontact us here and notify us of the error. We will replace or correct your order free of charge.
If the product you receive differs from what you ordered, you may also receive a return box and shipping label, please return the original incorrect product to avoid additional charges.
