Monstro Media ("Monstro," "The Company and New Boss") is pleased to announce a complete acquisition of Maestro Media, effective April 1, 2026.
Following months of negotiations (which Maestro Media described as "one-sided" and "mostly just Monstro blocking the exits until papers were signed"), all Maestro Media snack cabinets and packed lunches are now under the full control of Monstro Media.
The Maestro Media website, social channels, and warehouse will continue to operate as normal, with a few cosmetic adjustments reflecting the new leadership. A source close to Monstro has described his corporate vision as "bold, ambitious, and hungry."
All existing products, pricing, and shipping timelines remain unchanged. Your orders are safe. Your wishlists are intact. The games are still the games. Some may have slobber on them, but that just improves them.
- The office thermostat has been set to "Basement." This is non-negotiable.
- All company meetings now begin with the Monstro Company anthem, written, choreographed, and performed by Monstro — with Edmund McMillen providing background vocals.
- The Maestro Media logo on the website has been updated to reflect current leadership.
